Our physical store is located in Ponsonby, Auckland, where we handle customer enquiries and service issues. Our audio visual experts are available 7 days a week to answer your questions and assist you with your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand (please don’t provide a PO Box). We aim to dispatch your goods promptly within 2-3 business days from receiving payment for your order. If you do not receive your goods within 3 days (Monday to Friday) please phone 09 630 1204 with your order number.
Returns and Replacements
Please contact us for authorisation before returning any product. All new products have a minimum one year warranty please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
