How To Pay
Below are the acceptable payment methods and their conditions of use. Your order will be sent when the funds have been received in the AV World bank account. All AV World customers can pay online by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Online Banking or pay by cash or EFTPOS in our Ponsonby, Auckland shop.
Debit Card or Credit Card
Debit and Credit Card payment is accepted on this website. Once you have completed your order, the secure payment transaction will be authorised by our New Zealand payment system DPS www.paymentexpress.com. If you are having any technical difficulties please phone or email our customer service team.
We use the DPS Payment System because:
- Eliminates risk involved with storing customer credit card data as all payment sensitive information is collected on DPS’ servers, not AV World’s servers.
- DPS host and manage the payment page in its PCI compliant data centre.
- Processes payment in real-time.
- Fully encrypted (128-bit security).

When you place your order, we will provide you with the details with which to fill in the “Code”, “Reference” and “Particulars” fields when you make your payment.

Cash or EFTPOS
All Auckland customers are able to pay online and pick-up from our Ponsonby Shop, or place an order online and make the payment by cash or EFTPOS in-store. Please bring a copy of your order number.
Store Pick-Up
Store Pick-up Terms and Conditions
You may place an order online then collect your item from our Ponsonby Store. To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the “collect in-store” option instead of delivery.
After placing your order you will be contacted by the store when your order is available to pick-up.
Orders may only be picked up from our Ponsonby Store on presentation of suitable identification and an order number.
If you nominate a person to pick-up your order, please ask them to bring their ID cart and also your own form of ID:
- New Zealand Driver’s License
- Passport
- Photo Credit Card
- 18+ ID Card
